I am participating in a group show called “Night Of The Living Artist” at the Chicago Art Department for which the theme was to zombify an artist that has influenced me.

I had to think a bit but in the end it wasn’t that hard to find an artist that really inspired and helped me in my early days. So I’ve created the missing page from the famous “1$ Animation Course” by Preston Blair that explains how to draw him as a zombie.

I visited a concert by some friends in Flensburg but nobody was dancing so I started drawing people that were standing and gazing at their shoes…

Not from life but from flickr instead of working on what I should be doing (the skateboard design) but I guess it beats doing nothing or whining. No preliminary sketching just brush pen.

I was forced to waste my day yesterday with a lot of waiting and walking but at least I managed some sketches of the people around me.
